BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Thousands of documents scattered across a knowledge system
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), through its Operational Center in Geneva (OCG), needed to improve access to KOMPAS, its knowledge system hosting over 14,000 documents for more than 4,000 users. To support staff in high-pressure humanitarian contexts, MSF required a secure, intuitive, and fully integrated solution within its SharePoint-based intranet to retrieve accurate, context-aware information quickly.
SOLUTION IMPLEMENTED
