Founded in Switzerland in March 2020, MDW has grown rapidly, turning crisis into opportunity. Less than a year later, the firm launched its first international branch in Madrid. With a team of passionate data specialists, MDW delivers cloud, AI, and analytics solutions to clients in manufacturing, banking, insurance, trade, and luxury goods. This expansion marks a new chapter in helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation.

MDW’s services, Business Analytics, Cloud Data Platform, and Artificial Intelligence, all aim to help companies unlock performance. Many international clients with operations in Spain sought a local partner capable of combining strategic expertise with regional insight. By opening an office in Madrid, MDW supports Spanish subsidiaries of existing clients while welcoming new organizations and NGOs. This local presence builds trust and speeds up project delivery.
Establishing a presence in Spain allows us to export our know-how closest to our clients by recruiting particularly qualified profiles, trained in polytechnic schools recognized for their curricula and skills in terms of data and artificial intelligence. The opening of this branch enables the company to broaden its offer, with the recruitment of employees specialized in cutting-edge fields, including AI.
From the start, MDW set itself a mission: help every sector turn data into their best ally. The company relies on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, and in less than a year has already earned four Gold Microsoft certifications: Application Integration, Data Analytics, Data Platform, and Cloud Platform. These recognitions highlight MDW’s expertise and commitment to excellence. Exporting this know-how to Spain marks another exciting step in the company’s international journey.

By the end of 2021, the Madrid team is expected to reach around ten employees, ready to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
