What FY26 tells us

Alongside the platforms deployed and the scale reached this year, My Data Works (MDW) is publishing the indicators behind the Microsoft expertise we bring to our clients.

Our work spans the technology lifecycle, from architecture and data to AI, cloud and business applications. The solutions we deliver are designed around the technical environment, operational requirements and business objectives of each organisation, with the aim of bringing these different capabilities together in production.

7 Microsoft Partner of the Year awards in 5 years

Since 2021, MDW has received seven Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards across multiple categories, including a global category win:

The recognitions have covered different areas of the Microsoft ecosystem, reflecting the evolution of both our expertise and the technologies our clients use. They include recognition across Data & AI, Power Platform, Azure and AI.

Partner of the Year Awards recognise partner achievements and customer impact within specific Microsoft categories. For MDW, the continuity and range of these recognitions provide an additional perspective on the work delivered with customers over the past five years.

The awards sit alongside our Microsoft Solutions Partner designations in Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation, as well as our Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner recognition. Together, these recognitions reflect a practice that extends beyond a single technology area and continues to develop as the Microsoft ecosystem evolves.

70+ dedicated Data & AI specialists

In FY26, MDW’s Microsoft practice is delivered by a team of more than 70 dedicated Data & AI experts, based in Switzerland and Spain.

Our teams bring together expertise across architecture, data, analytics, governance, machine learning, generative AI, cloud and business applications. This breadth allows MDW to work across different layers of a technology environment, from the foundations that structure and secure data to the AI and business solutions built on top of them.

At enterprise scale, clients need specialists who understand not only the technology, but the architectural choices, the governance model and the regulatory context specific to their organisation. They also need to understand how these technical decisions connect with the way the organisation operates and with the business processes the solution is expected to support.

This combination of technical depth and business understanding enables our teams to design and deliver solutions that fit the organisation as a whole, rather than addressing each technology component independently.

3 Microsoft Data & AI Advanced Specializations

MDW holds four Microsoft Advanced Specializations across Data & AI:

• AI Platform on Microsoft Azure
• Analytics on Microsoft Azure
• AI Apps on Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Advanced Specializations recognise partners that demonstrate specific technical capabilities and delivery experience against defined requirements in a particular solution area. They provide an external validation of expertise that complements the experience gained through customer projects and production environments.

The four specializations held by MDW cover different stages and dimensions of the Data & AI lifecycle, from data warehouse migration and analytics to AI platforms and AI applications. They therefore reflect the breadth of capabilities required to build modern technology environments rather than expertise in a single solution or product.

This breadth is important because organisations rarely approach Data, AI or cloud as isolated technology projects. Architecture, data, AI and applications increasingly need to work together within the same environment, with governance, security and business requirements considered throughout the delivery process.

A Microsoft partnership built over time

MDW has been a Microsoft partner since its foundation. The three indicators above measure different dimensions of the same practice: people, validated expertise and external recognition.

They also reflect a partnership that has developed alongside Microsoft’s cloud, data, AI and business application ecosystem as it has evolved.

For clients, the value of this breadth lies in having one technology partner able to connect the different components of an enterprise environment. A project may begin with data architecture and governance, extend into analytics or AI, and ultimately require applications that bring these capabilities into day-to-day business processes.

MDW brings these areas together within the Microsoft ecosystem, with the architectural and technical expertise required to design the solution, the delivery capabilities required to implement it, and the business understanding required to make it relevant to the organisation using it.
